IMPORTANT: REQUIRED PET VACCINATION RECORDS
Dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo Combo, Bordetella
Cats: Rabies, Distemper Combo, Feline Leukemia
All pet guests must also be on flea & tick preventatives.
We must have a current proof of vaccination on file for your pet companion(s) prior to our acceptance at our resort for any services. This includes boarding, dog day care, grooming, bathing, acupuncture, massage and other ancilliary services. All vaccinations must be current and/or have been performed at least seven (7) days prior to check-in. For the health and well-being of all our guests, we cannot accept any pets for boarding that do not have these vaccinations and where a valid proof of vaccination has not been provided in advance.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
- We require non-refundable deposits for all peak season and holiday reservations.
- There is a two day minimum for peak season and three day minimum surrounding holiday periods.
- A credit card is required to hold all reservations.
TREATS
- Every canine guest receives treats daily. If your dog has food allergies or digestive disorders, please feel free to bring one small bag of treats for your pet's stay.
- We do not accept raw hides, greenies and pig ears products.
FOOD & MEALS
- We provide VeRUS, a healthy, high quality chicken, oats and brown rice pet food. This premium food is complimentary for all canine guests and they love it!
- Owner provided food must be prepackaged and individually portioned and labeled per meal.
- Extra food will not be returned to you. Excess food will be donated to a local shelter upon your pet's check-out.
- To accommodate special handling meals, including canned food, there is a handling charge of $3 per meal.
COLLARS
- It is required that all dogs have a snap collar and I.D. tag.
TOYS
- You are welcome to bring ONE favorite toy per guest.
- Please note that the Perfect Pet Resort is not responsible for the loss or destruction of toys.
- We do not accept tennis balls and the toy must be safe and large enough for your size pet.
BEDDING
- We provide luxury raised bedding that gives our guests cozy warmth & comfort. We also have geriatric bedding if needed.
- Please note that we do not accept owner provided bedding.
- You may provide a small towel or t-shirt for your pet's stay, however this item may not be returned to you.
MEDICATIONS
- It is required that we accept prescription medications and supplements in their original container.
- We will follow the instructions prescribed by the veterinarian.
- Prescription medication cannot be included in pre-packaged food.
- Administering medications is an additional $3 per administration.
BATHING
We highly recommend a bath before your dog's departure from the pet resort due to the amount of playtime everyone receives. Please inquire about our therapeutic Hydrosurge bathing system.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Early drop-off or late pick-up fees will apply. We require 72 weekday hours from 8am of the day of arrival notice for cancellation of lodging so that we may reschedule without charging for missed appointments.
